Imran announces to file defamation suit against Altaf

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan on Monday announced that PTI will file defamation suit against MQM chief Altaf Hussain in London over his use of ‘foul language’ against PTI women workers, ARY News reported.
Addressing a press conference at his Bani Gala Residence in Islamabad, he said MQM legislators keep on raising voice against terrorism in assembly, but on streets the law and order situation is different.
In a hard-hitting press conference this evening mainly targeting the MQM chief, he slammed Altaf Hussain for using ‘foul language’ against women PTI workers.
He alleged that the MQM chief was sitting outside the country and orders killing of his targets in Pakistan. “It’s now the time to get rid of Altaf Hussain,” said incensed Khan.
He announced that PTI won’t sit on any forum, which is shared by the MQM.
He asked why did not Pemra take action against airing of threatening speeches of the MQM chief.
Regarding Baldia factory fire report, Imran said it was now responsibility of Nawaz Sharif to take action in the light of JIT report on Baldia factory blaze.
He claimed every police official who took part in Karachi operation against criminals was later killed.
Target killings in Karachi could never end until police are de-politicised, maintained the PTI chief.
He went on to say that Army must now clarify its position, as police were unable to contain target killers in Karachi.
