A lot will happen before May: Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Friday said that a lot is going to happen before May, adding that he won’t let rigging take place in Gilgit-Baltistan elections,
In an exclusive interview to Dunya News’ show Siasat Hai Ya Saazish’s anchor Dr Moeed Pirzada, Khan claimed that the tickets for provincial assembly and Senate elections are being auctioned.
He alleged that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leadership doesn’t let power slip out of the family only to further their corruption.
He claimed that the government has appointed its own governor and minister in preparation to rig the election, adding that PTI won’t let that happen.
PTI chairman claimed that corruption in election has been going on since past 20 years. He said he was the first one who brought up the issue of ‘horse trading’ in Senate Elections.
He said PML-N has led Pakistan to the ‘road of destruction’, adding that he will lead a ‘street movement’ if judicial commission is not formed to probe the alleged rigging in general elections 2013.
Khan further alleged that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is responsible for ‘ruining’ cricket. He said Najam Sethi was rewarded with PCB chairmanship for “puncturing” the 2013 election.
